Based on the expertise of foreign enterprises, our team structure includes product design and development, simulation analysis, project management, prototyping, and testing, providing strong support for new product development. Now, our R&D team consists of 65 members, including more than 10 PhDs, more than 80% of the R&D team has bachelor's degree or above, and the core members of the team have over 15 years of industry work experience, mainly from leading enterprises in the industry.

DIGITAL R&D MANAGEMENT

Through the PLM system and digital design tools such as CAE/CAD, combined with virtual modeling and simulation testing, as well as data analysis and optimization, Jrone achieves efficient product development process management and decision support. This approach manages critical information and processes across the entire product lifecycle—from design and manufacturing to service—enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

In the process of Product Lifecycle Management, projects are managed through visualized and standardized system processes, according to the requirements of the IATF 16949 system, from demand analysis to final SOP, it is strictly implemented in accordance with the modular implementation of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) project management process, and fully ensures that the engineering control from manual samples to mass production, DVP engineering experimental data analysis, and design changes are effectively controlled. So as to improve the efficiency, quality, and traceability of project management, helping achieve project goals and meet customer needs
